  • Amuse-bouche: OYSTER “GOLGAPPA” -cilantro mint water, raw mango, finger lime, caviar, gold leaf, micro cilantro PAIRED WITH VIDAL BLANC 2021
  • First Course: ROASTED BEET TERRINE candy cane beets, goat cheese mousse, balsamic glaze, chive oil, micro greens. PAIRED WITH SAUVIGNON BLANC 2022
