Concierge Club Terms & Conditions
Upon sign-up, you agree to a 2-year membership that includes a case of wine chosen by the member(s) to be picked up or shipped BEFORE expiration period and to a Barrel Oak wine barrel in our cellar with a custom plaque unique to you. Membership will end exactly 2 years after your initial signup date. To cancel membership, please send an email to clubs@barreloak.com. Cancellations will take effect 30 days after notice. Members are responsible for any shipments charged during that period. Upon conclusion of your membership, please email clubs@barreloak.com to set up an appointment with the Wine Club Manager & Maintenance Manager to pick up a used wine barrel and your custom plaque. Vehicle for barrel pick-up must be able to fit a 26”x 35” barrel. Up to two members may be placed on account. Must be 21+ to join. This club is pick-up and shipping for WINE ONLY. STATES WITH SHIPPING: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IN, ME, MD, MI, MN, NY, NC, RI, SC, VA, WA, WI.

Annual Case Club Terms & Conditions
Upon signup, you agree to pay a ONE-TIME FEE of $350+Tax for 12 bottles of wine. Membership will expire 1-year after your original signup date. No additional fee. Wine exclusions may apply. Must be 21+ to join. Membership valid for one person only. PICK UP ONLY.

Annual Mug Club Terms & Conditions
Must be 21+ to sign up. Upon sign-up, you agree to a revolving annual membership. Your membership will continue to charge on the day of your signup every year unless cancelled. You will not be able to take your mug until your membership is cancelled. To cancel membership, please send an email to members@barreloak.com. Cancellations will take effect 30 days after notice. Members are responsible for any charges to their account during that period.
