Aroma of dark fruit. Juicy mixed fruit flavors on the palate and a small amount of tannins on the finish. 1.25% residual sugar. A blend of 83% Chambourcin, 9% Merlot, and 8% Syrah. All fermented and aged separately with different yeasts and mostly neutral oak barrels. All completed malolactic fermentation. Blended prior to bottling.
Light gold color with aroma of stone fruit. Creamy and smooth on the palate with a lingering warm finish. 100% Chardonnay. Fermented with new French barrels. Secondary malolatic fermentation was completed. Aged over six months.
Light gold color, tropical fruit on the nose, balanced acidity, smooth on the palate. Sunshine in a glass! A blend of Vidal Blanc, Seyval Blanc, Rkatsiteli, Petit Manseng, and Chardonnay. 1.5% residual sugar.
Color almost clear. Aroma of pear and ripe fruit. Slightly cloying on the palate, flavor of dried apricots and honey with a clean finish. 47% Traminette, 53% Petit Manseng. The Traminette was whole cluster pressed, the Petit Manseng destemmed, cold soaked and then pressed. Tank fermented separately then blended before bottling.
100% Estate fruit from BOW vineyards. Fermented in stainless steel, aged in neutral oak and one acacia barrel. Stone fruit on the nose and palate, with a crisp, clean finish.
