A beautiful and satisfying "saigner" method wine. A bled blend of our Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot grapes. Unfiltered and unfined, served best for the most delicate of of flavors unchilled.
Light gold color, tropical fruit on the nose, balanced acidity, smooth on the palate. Sunshine in a glass! A blend of Vidal Blanc, Seyval Blanc, Rkatsiteli, Petit Manseng, and Chardonnay. 1.5% residual sugar.
100% Estate fruit. Crisp and bright with aroma of fresh cut grass and citrus. Balanced acidity, slight minerality with a crisp finish.
Aroma of tea rose and wildflowers. Tropical fruit on the palate. Smooth mouthfeel and a fresh finish. 100% Estate fruit chilled overnight then pressed the next day. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Cold stabilized prior to bottling.
100% Rkatsitelli. Apricot and vanilla on the nose. Fresh tropical flavors, creamy and a bit spicy on the palate with a clean refreshing finish. De-stemmed and pressed into stainless steel tank. Yeast was chosen to highlight the tropical flavor of the grape. No malolactic fermentation.
