Burgundy color, aroma of black fruit. Fruity and warm on the palate with a touch of earth. Slightly acidic with a culinary spice finish. Fermented with three different yeasts. Pressed then aged in neutral oak barrels for 20 months.
Dark red color, black walnut, blueberry, brown sugar, on the nose. On the palate, cranberry, tobacco, and molasses. Tannic with a warm spice finish.
Opaque dark red color, dark fruit such as blackberry on the nose. Fruit forward on the palate with plum and stewed fruit along with coffee, and dark chocolate. Warm with a lingering finish
