BowHaus Red

Dark red color. Aroma of black cherry, blackberries, coffee, and mocha. Juicy mixed fruit flavors on the palate, medium tannins, smooth, lingering finish. 1.50% residual sugar. A blend of 41% Chambourcin, 35% Merlot, 22% Syrah, and 2% Cabernet Sauvignon. All fermented and aged separately with different yeasts and mostly neutral oak barrels. All completed malolactic fermentation. Blended prior to bottling.
Norton

Dark purple color with aroma of blueberries and juicy dark fruit. Slightly acidic and warm on the palate with jam flavor and a clean finish. 100% Norton, aged for six months in second and third fill Virginia oak barrels. Completed full malolactic fermentation
Norton Estate

Dark purple color, aroma of blueberry. Juicy, dark fruit on the palate with nice acidity and a warm finish. 100% estate fruit, fermented in open topped containers. Aged for five months in Virginia oak barrels of different ages. Completed full malolactic fermentation
Merlot

Garnet color with aroma of red fruit. Bright flavor of cranberry and pomegranate, warm spice on the finish. 100% Merlot. Fermented in open topped containers. Aged for 20 months in neutral oak and Virginia oak barrels.

Jeremy is a Virginia native who is devoted to producing world class Virginia wines. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Enology at California State University at Fresno, Jeremy returned to Virginia to focus on building a strong reputation for Virginia wines. Jeremy has received numerous Best in Class, Double Golds, Golds and Silver awards for wines produced. In 2014 Jeremy was named the #1 up and coming winemaker in Virginia to keep your eye on by Scoutology.com. Jeremy comes to BOW after stints at Creek’s Edge Winery, Hunting Creek, Philip Carter, and Thistle Meadow in North Carolina.
