Begin with an intimate cellar tour and exclusive barrel tasting led by our winemaker, then settle in for a four-course culinary journey crafted by Chef Ellie McMillan—featuring premium wagyu beef from the esteemed Ovoka Farm in Virginia.

Each course is expertly paired with our estate wines, selected to elevate and echo the flavors of the season. This is more than a dinner—it’s a celebration of craft, terroir, and storytelling through food and wine.

As Ovoka Farm’s Resident Chef, Ellie brings a fresh perspective to farm-to-table dining, infusing global flavors and creativity into every dish. Her artful approach enhances the naturally rich flavors of Ovoka F1 Wagyu beef, transforming each tasting into a culinary experience that celebrates both local ingredients and a passion for unique, flavorful cuisine. Her approach paired with Barrel Oak wines makes for the most unforgettable culinary journey.
