Wow.  All of our guests who came out to wine country this past commemorative weekend were so great.  Chill…mellow…kind…respectful of each other.  Barrel Oak was a place so peaceful, so quiet and so calming.

Our team brought their very best and took care of everyone with a level-headed purpose which made me grateful, humble, and proud.  We have so many extraordinary and caring folks who treat their Barrel Oak colleagues as family.  This past weekend, they again treated our guests as family.

So many deserve thanks, but here I will reserve in particular our gratitude for our Director of Relationships – Bob Grouge –  the man who leads and represents us all in the best that we do for our guests.  As so many of you know, Bob is a true gentleman and a person of amazing strength and courage who never gives up on anyone.  His patience is boundless; his kindness without depth.  Thank you Bob for leading our team in this often exhausting and endlessly challenging time.

Our first focus is upon the safety of our amazing staff.  Their safety translates into your safety.  Our care for their welfare manifests in their care for your welfare. This philosophy in the time of Covid fuels every effort we make.  It is who we are and it is what we value.  It is our way of doing this the right way.
So let’s do it again. We will be “Chillin at Barrel Oak” this weekend.  Saturday and Sunday from 11-5pm we will offer no fee complimentary first come-first served outdoor seating with wine bottle and draft beer service.  Please bring your mask which is required in order to use our sanitized restrooms.

We’ll have 51 pleasant picnic tables, each with a surrounding area that is your own socially distanced real estate.  The views are shared by all.  Again, our no-charge seating is first come first served and we are asking that folks stay for not more than a couple hours so that others can also visit and enjoy.  Please bring a picnic or you can now once again order fresh baked Wood Fired Pizzas from Dan and his team.
