Award Winning Wines
A blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chambourcin and Vidal Blanc. Done in the traditional French style this is a dry Rose which smells of rose petal and grapefruit and a hint of vanilla.

This wine did not go through malolactic fermentation and so it retains all that malic acid to keep this wine bright and clean and fresh. A great wine to pair with a lemon butter trout. A dry wine with pineapple, peach and pear on the nose

A Pinot Gris is the same grape as Pinot Grigio except the grape is left to hang in the sun, which gives it it’s rich color. Aroma of red delicious apple, apricot and melon with good acidity. A medium-bodied wine with a little bit of spice characteristic that gives it a nice complexity

Dark plum/ink color with aroma of leather, smoke and black fruit. Stewed fruit on the palate with balanced acidity and tannins. Aged in a combination of French and Virginia oak for 18 months. A smooth finish. Ready to drink now or cellar for the future
