A PAWS FOR THE CAUSE: Maestro Yuval Waldman and friends at BOW to benefit VH-1s Save the Music Foundation and the Beethoven Found Fund.

World famous conductor and concert violinist, Yuval Waldman, who will be conducting the National Symphony at the Kennedy Center on June 14th, is on more than 500 CD's, won Grammys, and this year will conduct and play solo violin w/the NY Philharmonic, Boston Symphony, Chicago Symphony, and of course, the members of the NSO. He will be joined by 3 or more members of the Symphony to perform a series of 20 minute pieces in our accoustically accommodating chamber music hall, ergo; our winery.
The Beethoven Found Fund's mission is to raise the awareness of the general public about the importance of a classical music education and to help ensure each child has an equal opportunity to learn a musical instrument by providing free instruments, resources, mentoring and performance opportunities to students around the United States.
The event will benefit poor, deserving students in SE Washington DC., in need of musical instruments, and organizer and acclaimed Oboist David Meyers will give out the international collector's edition of the "Beethoven Lost CD with the St Petersburg Philharmonic" to all comers whether or not they make a donation.
